The Whole Hog have attended a variety of events for over 14 years, from Product launches to Agricultural shows and Beer/ Music Festivals.
Our attitude has always been to look good, serve quality food at a fair price and reap the rewards of repeat custom. To this end we have an enviable reputation and regularly attend various festivals including:
One of the many advantages the Whole Hog has over its competitors is complete flexibility. With our years of experience of outside functions we are able to tailor the size and appearance of our set-up. From a very smart formal arrangement to ‘a rambling bamboo shack’ we can adapt to the nature of the event, while maintaining our high hygiene standards and quality.
We specialise in serving delicious locally sourced pork cooked the proper way, slow roasted for a minimum of 12 hours and served in freshly baked rolls. Pure meat, no additives nothing added or taken away served with an optional course grain mustard gravy.
Being involved with high profile events means that we are checked by environmental health officers almost weekly and have all the appropriate certifications and liability insurance. [Documentation]
