A hog roast is an ideal way to feed lots of people, whether it’s for 300 or 6000. Our equipment is unique, designed and used exclusively by ourselves, unlike other companies, with our ovens the hog/lamb is completely visible throughout the entire cooking process, giving maximum impact with the minimum of fuss. All our spit-roasts are cooked from fresh on site unless otherwise arranged. Alternatively look at Barbecue for additional menu.
The hog roast is an impressive sight when cooking, golden brown and covered in crackling giving visual impact, mouthwatering smell and naturally delicious food . A whole pig takes approx. 5 hours to roast. When the buffet is ready to serve a suitably attired chef begins carving with all the ceremony it requires. The pork served with an accompaniment of applesauce, stuffing and optional course grain mustard gravy together with fresh bread or rolls.

For use inside or out, our ovens are portable and can go almost anywhere. They do not give off any obnoxious fumes or smoke and have even been used in English Heritage Buildings.
In addition to the spit roast ovens we have a number of specially designed trailers that are giant portable ovens each capable of cooking up to ¼ tonne of meat. There are any number of companies that can cope with small parties but for large events with our experience and equipment you are guaranteed a perfect job every time.
